Week 4 Day 7 on Curves Complete

AM Weigh In @ 182.

It's D-Day! Jud and I did the Bates Road Loop with our bikes and I really enjoyed that. It was about an 18 mile ride and definitely a butt chafer for poor Jud. I feel pretty good though so I am happy.
